Studio

Kirra Lien Jewelry partners with artisans and small production teams on the stunning and wild island of Bali, where silversmithing techniques are passed down generation to generation. We start with melting silver and drawing our own wire. The process is completely hand-done from start to finish, mainly using a hand torch and simple hand tools.

The stones and crystals encapsulated in these designs are personally and meticulously selected. Seek out the unusual. Always compelled to create what others are not. Unusual, hard-to-come-by raw materials are often the start and inspiration for unique designs.

We emphasize handmade processes, avoiding mass production techniques and prioritizing thoughtful handmade precision instead. These more basic and less mechanized processes are slower, yet they create a feeling of aliveness in the jewelry that can't be replicated.

In a world ruled by mass production and new technologies, that simple feeling of human connection is what's most important here.
